Hello, im maria, welcome.
Hello!My mission is to create supportive spaces and nurturing containers where women can feel seen, held, witnessed and supported as they reconnect with themselves. Spaces that invite growth, self-reclamation, nourishment and flourishment.
Drawing from my own journey, lived experiences, studies, inner work and travels around the world, I offer a holistic approach that weaves together breathwork, yoga, meditation, movement, sound, nervous system awareness and reflective practices.
At the heart of my work is the belief that everything we seek already exists within us wisdom, resilience, love, abundance and an innate capacity to heal and grow. Sometimes we simply need the space, compassion, presence, awareness, support and safety to remember.
Whether through 1:1 support, group programmes, classes, workshops, or retreats, my intention is to help women reconnect with their authentic selves and create lives that feel more grounded, aligned and fulfilling.

My 1:1 sessions offer a deeply personalised space where we move at your pace and work with whatever feels most present and important for you.
My approach is holistic, supporting the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. Sessions are designed to feel grounding, safe, and supportive, allowing your nervous system to gradually settle while helping you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Together, we explore what may be contributing to challenges such as anxiety, stress, recurring patterns, difficult life experiences, or feelings of disconnection. Through compassionate exploration and embodied practices, we begin to understand the roots of these patterns so that you can move forward with greater clarity, self-awareness, and self-trust.
Drawing on nervous system regulation, somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, and reflective inquiry, I support women in cultivating a deeper connection to themselves and creating lasting change from a more grounded and empowered place.
I am currently training in Compassionate Inquiry®, the trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, which informs my work through curiosity, awareness, and compassion.
The intention is never to fix or rush the process, but to create a supportive space for growth, self-reclamation, and flourishing.

A 12-Week Journey of Reclamation. FLOURISH is a 12-week online sanctuary for women designed to support you through the autumn and winter months with connection, community, movement, reflection and deep personal growth. FLOURISH is an invitation to experience this season differently.

A space to soften, slow down and come home to yourself.
Over 12 weeks, we will journey together through the wisdom of autumn and winter, reconnecting with our bodies, strengthening self-trust, cultivating resilience and reclaiming the parts of ourselves that may have been lost beneath years of conditioning, people-pleasing, survival and striving. Join me each Wednesday at Align Yoga Studio in Cavan Town for a nourishing Feminine Flow Yoga, Breathwork & Sound session from 6:15pm–7:15pm. Weekly classes will run until September.

I also work with secondary schools and corporate organisations, offering tailored wellbeing workshops, programmes, and wellness days designed to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
