Empower Students with Mind, Body & Breath Healing Offerings – We are dedicated to fostering focus, well-being, and emotional resilience. Through breathwork and mindfulness techniques, we support students (12+) in reducing stress, enhancing concentration, and developing lifelong tools to thrive in all areas of life.

Ireland ranks 26th in mental well-being among 38 high-income countries, with more than six in 100,000 Irish adolescents aged 15-19 dying by suicide. This alarming reality underscores the urgency of guiding and uplifting our youth. It is essential that we nurture their minds, bodies, and spirits, helping them recognize their inner strength and potential. By prioritizing holistic well-being, we equip young people with the confidence, resilience, and techniques they need to navigate life with clarity and self-belief.

Waiver Requirement for Students Under 18
All students under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before participating in our programs.

Contraindications for Soma Breath
Soma Breath techniques may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Contraindications include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe heart conditions

  • High blood pressure

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent surgeries or injuries

  • Serious mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before participating in Soma Breath sessions if you have any of these conditions.

At the end of every session, students receive a take-home technique they can use anytime they feel overwhelmed or stressed, encouraging them to develop a daily practice that fosters well-being and inner calm. By integrating these practices into their routine, students can cultivate lasting tools for managing their emotions and thriving in all aspects of their lives.

  • In addition to our weekly sessions and half-day wellness programs, we offer an After-School Wellness Program designed to help students further develop their well-being practices outside of regular school hours. This program combines mindfulness techniques, stress reduction exercises, yoga, and creative activities like journaling and art, allowing students to express their emotions and reflect on their personal growth. It provides a safe, supportive space where students can dive deeper into their mental, physical, and emotional health, fostering resilience and offering practical tools to manage stress and maintain balance in their everyday lives. This program encourages students to build lasting habits that support their overall well-being and personal development.
