Join me for a 3-part Friday morning wellness series at Align Studio, Cavan Town:

An energising blend of dance/movement, breathwork and meditation designed to wake you up, boost your mood and set the tone for an incredible weekend.

Shake off the sleep, tap into your own energy, and leave feeling ALIVE, FOCUSED, and READY TO GO.

What to Expect:

Each session is a dynamic mix of movement, breathwork (SOMA Breath techniques), and meditation—accessible, fun, and designed to reduce stress, boost energy, and sharpen focus. You’ll not only feel the benefits immediately but also walk away with powerful techniques to use in daily life.

Optional coffee meet-up after if you have time—because good vibes + caffeine = unstoppable!

What to Bring:

Yoga mat (there are also spares in the studio)
Water bottle
Eye mask 
Journal & pen (for reflections & insights)
Comfortable clothing

Each session will be unique and tailored to create the best possible experience.

Spaces are limited so get in early!

Important Notes:

🚨 Contraindications for Breathwork:
While SOMA Breath is generally safe, breath holds should be avoided without medical consent if you have:

  • Uncontrolled hypertension

  • Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness

  • Recent surgery

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • A pacemaker or irregular heartbeat

  • COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)

Some conditions (e.g., tinnitus, hernias) may require adjustments to technique—please reach out if you have any concerns!

📜 Waiver Requirement:
All participants must sign a waiver before class. Guardians must sign for those under 18. I will email the waiver to all participants and have printed copies available at class.
