Breath Club at Annagh Lake.

I’m excited to bring wellness and breathwork sessions to the lakeside! As a certified SOMA Breath facilitator, I’m passionate about helping people harness the power of their breath to reduce stress, boost energy and enhance overall well-being. When I lived in New Zealand, I attended weekly breathwork sessions on the beach, and it was truly the best way to start my mornings and weekends. Beyond the breathwork itself, having a supportive community around you is so important, and I can’t wait to create that space for people in Cavan.

  1. Events will be weather dependent.

  2. They will alternate between mornings and evenings. Between Fridays and Sat/Sundays.

What’s Involved:

Each session is a blend of movement, meditation and SOMA Breath Breathwork techniques. SOMA Breath is accessible, fun, and transformative for everyone. Sessions last about one hour, and you’ll also leave with simple, effective techniques to manage stress and boost energy at home. You then have the option to dip in the beautiful lake before we go to start our days.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat.

  • Water bottle.

  • Blanket & pillow for comfort and warmt.

  • Eye mask or something to cover your eyes.

  • Swimwear and towels if you wish to dip in the lake after, this is optional.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

    Each weekly session will be unique!

These sessions are open to everyone aged 12 and up! Whether you’re a parent, a teen, a professional, or an athlete—there’s something for everyone. My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable and safe space where everyone in our community can experience the healing power of breath, relax and recharge. 🌱💖

Important Note:

While SOMA Breath’s rhythmic breathing techniques are generally safe and beneficial, breath holds should be avoided without prior consent from a medical professional if you have any of the following contraindications:

  • Uncontrolled hypertension

  • Organ failure

  • Late-stage terminal illness

  • Recent surgery

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • Pacemaker or irregular heartbeat

  • COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)

Some conditions (Eg: Tinnitus, hernias) may be aggravated by forceful mouth breathing, prolonged breath holds and prolonged, intense, rapid breathing/hyperventilation and careful attention to technique is required.

Waiver Requirement: A waiver must be signed by each participant, and guardians must sign for attendees under 18. I will have printed versions or you can download it here - sign and return to my email, or bring printed signed version to class.
